How selection works

Highly Selective Admission: We maintain a competitive 3.2% acceptance rate among Grade 8 applicants across the Sidama region.
Percentile-Based Qualification: Entrance exam eligibility is restricted to top regional performers (99+ percentile for male and 98+ percentile for female applicants on the state-level Ministry exam).
Rigorous Two-Stage Evaluation: This dual-tier screening system ensures the academy admits Sidama's most exceptionally talented and driven scholars.
High Academic Standards: Students must maintain an 80% minimum passing threshold, supported by dedicated remediation, re-teaching modules, and reassessment opportunities across all coursework.
Academic & Behavioral Accountability: Annual academic retention depends on maintaining both institutional academic standards and high behavioral expectations.
